What is the schedule for the month?
- There will be 4 sessions per month on Wednesdays, alternating from 11am Pacific to 6pm Pacific to accomodate all time zones and work schedules.
For example, we may have Week 1 at 11am Pacific, Week 2 at 6pm Pacific, Week 3 at 11am Pacific, Week 4 at 6pm Pacific. We will try to keep these times as consistent as possible.
We will also rotate each session so one month it will be held at 6pm Pacific and the next month at 11am Pacific. We will post the schedule every month so you can plan accordingly.
As the community grows, we will increase to two sessions per week, one daytime and one evening.
Will the sessions be recorded?
- The Master Classes and Coaching Calls with Marc will be recorded and uploaded into the private membership site.
The networking sessions will be done in small group breakouts so we will not be recording those. You will need to participate live in those to get the full benefit.
We will not be posting the mini pitch sessions for confidentiality reasons. You will need to participate live in these sessions as well and we require everyone in the pitching sessions to participate! We're all getting into the ring, no matter how prepared or unprepared!
Is this a month to month subscription?
- Yes, this is a monthly membership. You enroll on a month to month basis.
While we would love you to stay in our community, you can come and go as needed.
You will be charged the same day every month. Simply cancel your subscrption when you would like to stop having access and restart it when you would like it to resume.
There are no partial month payments or partial month refunds. You will get access to the full month when you pay and if you cancel, your access will stop at the end of your month.
Why should I do the Mini Pitching Sessions if I'm not getting access to Investors?
- What we've seen is that most filmmakers are not ready to confidently pitch to investors, even if they get the opportunity.
These Mini Pitch Sessions give you the opportunity to practice different deliveries of your pitch. You get real time, honest feedback about what worked or what didn't.
Practicing it, honing it, and honing the way you pitch yourself, your background, and your qualifications to an investor are also key to ensuring you hook the investor and get them to believe in you as the filmmmaker. They are investing in you as much as they are investing in your project, so make your pitch as perfect as possible. And then do it for your next project, and the next one.
In the Coaching Call or Q&A, can I ask any questions?
- Yes, Marc will answer film related questions in the coaching call and the Q&A following the classes.
You can ask any questions about Marc, about distribution, about development, about production, about your specific projects. But we do not review contracts or review marketing materials in these calls. That level of support is offered in our year-long program, which you can always upgrade to, and this monthly membership is included in our year-long program.
Why should I listen to Marc or Dani? What are their qualifications?
- Marc Clebanoff is an award winning writer/director/producer as well as a global sales agent andfilm fund manager. He has produced over 20 films. His most recent films include 'As Good as Dead', starring Michael Jai White, and his new film that's about to be released, 'Prisoner of War', starring Scott Adkins. Despite attending one of the top film schools, and launching his career inside the studio system, he quickly realized that the key to getting his films made was producing them himself. He learned his lessons the hard way, and only after becoming a global sales agent did he truly learn how to make profitable films with a distribution first mentality, which he now teaches to other filmmakers. Unlike other people offering guidance out there, he is an expert in indie films and is still an active indie producer.
Dani Estrada also attended one of the top film schools and spent years working in development at a studio, in post production, and as an assistant to a senior VP at a top talent agency. In addition, she is an expert in marketing and has coached over 200 filmmakers, helping people learn how to present themselves, how to present their projects, and helping people develop better networking skills.
What are the exclusive offers I'll have access to?

There will also be in person events that will only be made available to people in the community.
How much time do I need to devote to this?
- As much or as little as you would like. It is not necessary to attend the previous session in order to attend the next one. You can attend as much as your schedule will allow.
The Networking and Mini Pitch Sessions will be one hour each. The Coaching Call with Marc and the Master Class with Q&A could be 1 to 2 hours each.
There is no preparation needed for the Networking session, but you may want to prepare for the Mini Pitch Session. Although you are welcome to just show up with no preparation! With potential investors, you may put on the spot so it's a good exercise to come "unprepared" and see how you do! All people who attend the Networking and Mini Pitch Sessions will be required to participate.
